Teachers and students alike will learn many new alignment cues, anatomy points and insight on how to infuse slow-flow yoga with high intensity interval training for better cardio, calorie burn, muscle lifting/definition and create true holistic body fitness.
She'll dive into the Deep Core Line of muscles, and show you how to build any pose from the ground up for double the strength and fitness results in any pose you do in the future.
